You'll perhaps have to give some pointers on what exactly you found "interesting" there because I don't see anything in that disgusting cartoon that was even remotely close to historical fact. I did see a lot of bigotry, false statements, outright lies, misrepresentations and vile accusations though.
But perhaps I'm just mistaken and there was something else in there.

By the way, as a muslim, I'm sure you'll be interested to know that Jack Chick assures each and every muslim that their beliefs will lead them to eternal agony.

No need to feel bad about anything, I think there's an important lesson in this thread:

You don't think christianity is corrupted because you are a muslim, you are supposed to be a muslim because you think christianity is corrupted. Don't put the cart before the horse. Investigate your own beliefs and consider if you really believe them, or if you just think that you believe something that you've been told to.

In this case, you found out you really don't know that much about christianity at all, and the next step is all up to you.

I found it interesting, as an atheist I believe that Islam was initially and still is completely made up and that's why Mohammad's followers were initially crazy to listen to him and are still totally crazy to believe to the Koran, which is not the work of God or divinely inspired. It is, however admittedly written more effectively, but it was created by a wealthy man most likely trained in the classics and the existing Judeo-Christian mythologies circulating in his time. The myth that Mohammad was uneducated and wrote it is a myth contradicted by numerous early Muslims sources.

Frankly the Koran was very effective propaganda when it was created and stayed relevant for hundreds of years. However at this point it's kind of ridiculous that people are still fanatical about it. Mohammad was brilliant at lying to people. He was twice the charlatan Saul of Tarsus and Simon Kephas was.

Luckily I will not stand by idly though while so called Christians or anyone else try to demonize you guys as being any different from them.

Kinda, while it is possible to be catholic and a Christian, I think most of them have fallen away from true Christianity in the Biblical sense.
