loyalty in 7.0

not sure if u have already said anything about this but will BIs loyalty traits be used for all factions in the game. and i mean each of the individual factions like the aedui and getae as well as the romans.

for example an aedui general has low loyalty and him and his men join the arveni tribe .... or bastarnae soldiers joining the getae.

i think this will make the game alot more interesting, so i was wondering will loyalty be used for each faction?
