trouble installing 6.4

I dont think its a UAC problem because it installs fine but then when Im in the setup menu (the one where you set up the campaign and the various features) it says it has problems setting up a temporary file I havent the slightest idea what to do please help me out!!! Thanks in advance oh and when I launch the game the first loading screen comes up and then it crashes!

turn off uac and reboot computer and run it as adminstrator (ss_setup.exe) (right click->run as admin). Should fix it.

I have Uac turned off and I rebooted nothin worked
