Launch KGCM, click single player, click grand campaign, the 4th faction shield I click will result in CTD

Did you install the menu crash fix for v4.2 before installing HHB?

The fix has to be installed before hhb? If not, how do I uninstall HHB parts 1&2 & bugfix.rar to reinstall the menu crash fix?

Try to install the menu crash fix first before attempting to uninstall and see if that works. It may not, but could save you lots of trouble. There is no way to uninstall HHB without uninstalling all of the KGCM mod.
