Game keeps crashing in 559 AUC

I'm playing as Sparta and the crashes seems to occur either during Seulucid Empire's turn or in the beginning of Carthage's turn. I'm not sure, but I think I've had this same (or a similiar) problem with this mod before. Unfortunately I can't include the save file as an attachment no matter how many times I try again... I'll try again later if it's necessary. So, any suggestions?

ps. I'm using 2.0, not the latest patch, because it's not save game compatible and I don't want to start over. But if you guys are pretty sure that it will fix this, then I'll install it.

Try having fog of war turned off before you end the turn, and see if that helps. It'll also show whats happening when the game crashes.

Tried that, but the game crashed anyway. I didn't spot anything unusual, but it did help me verify that the crashes definately happen during Carthage's turn.

Cloned character CTD?
Or was it fixed in 2.0?

Found a solution. I loaded a previous save and waited until 559 AUC and the game didn't crash. How frustrating that I have to redo all the progress I made

I'm just gonna start over and make lots of saves which I wont overwrite.
