Ok may be odd, but not impossible, they have threatened with biological warfare, it is easy, inexpensive, and causes great fear.
Spain and Germany have large Muslim community and in Spain they are very tied to agriculture,most of the agricultural workers come from north Africa,where al Qaeda has been active.
It may seem like a conspiracy theory, but the fact that the governments not even have mentioned this possibility in the media shows a certain fear.
But surely am I being paranoid, nobody else, or very few, believe they were capable of doing this.

Spain is in no way linked with the problem, the bactery may have mutated in some part of the process that goes from the transportation to the selling in the markets, or even not be linked at all with any vegetable but with other source of infection still unknow.

Thigs may change when new analysis come out but i think your going so -so- far with your idea about the infection and its link with Al-Qaida.

your first source appears to be satire, there is no evidence that Muslims or Al Qaeda are linked to this.The second source makes no mention of Muslims or Al Qaeda so perhaps you're just seeing what you want to see.
