Honduras readmitted back into the OAS

Ecuador’s ambassador to the OAS, Maria Isabel Salvador, said Honduras still does not meet the requirements to join the organization: democracy, rule of law and respect to human rights.
“Ecuador considers that the conditions do not exist to fully restore Honduras to this organization,” she said. “Rule of law has not been completed. … Repressive impunity continues.”
Venezuela’s representative said the country had its reservations, but would approve the measure nonetheless.
what happens now in Honduras and what role would Zelaya play?
