Cannot annex

Hey. ive had many times where i had a perfect 100 warscore with my enemies, including thier allies, yet i wasnt able to annex them! how is that?
and whats wierd is that when i fought ottomans(which were allied with karaman and sinope) i did get an annex option with karaman, but now with sniope or ottomans, even when i had a perfect 100%. how?

P.S: is there any way to lower rep other than the kings admin skill?

I haven't really played Eu3, but I guess it's all about how many regions your enemy has, like in Vicky2. They must have only 1 region to be able to annex them.

But ive been able to annex the aztecs and huron.

I think that's because Aztecs and Hurons are uncivs. You can only annex civs when they have x amount of regions left.

You can only annex under certain circumstances:

- The enemy is pagan.
- The enemy has one province.
- (Added in a HTTT / DW Beta Patch) The enemy could be vassalised as a peace demand.

Incorrect, any nation with less than 5 regions can be annexed.

No, that's wrong. If they're not pagan the game looks at how much warscore it would cost to Vassalise them. If it's <100, it allows annexation.

Your version is definetly incorrect as in my last game I was unable to annex a 4 province Bavaria, since it cost 110-120 or so to vassalise them.

It always bugged me that in EU3 you could have completely destroyed an enemy, occupied all there lands, yet you cannot fully annex them, and have to sign a peace-deal with a measley 1 provice country and wait several years until you can invade and annex them..

You can annex countries with more than 1 provinces in divine wind.But possibly enemy's regions are possibly worth more than 100 points.For example trade centres or developed provinces are worth more than normal provinces.
