Seleucia

Hey guys,

Doing some research, it would appear Seleucia is on the wrong side of the Tigris, which is ok

What i would like to bring up is a new "wonder" or "monument" building. In the Parthian campaign, if it would be possible, i think itd be a cool way to give a construction option of a wonder/monument in Seleucia, which then would lead to the Construction of Ctesiphon, the Parthian royal capital (and later Sassanid). I figured this would be a better idea then scripting a city rename, since idk if thats even possible If this doesnt appeal to anyone, thats fine, im ok with renaming Seleucia in my own campaigns

Yeah .. I like the idea of a new monument building Ctesiphon for Selecuia. I think Rex had asked whether a name change was possible for Seleucia and from memory I don;t think it was so, a new moument building would be a nice way to do this.
