unit costs
ok i know everything about the unit cost why they are like they are etc.
i like to play sweboz and i would like to build armies of the nice units instead of doing 3/4 or the fighting with my general unit terminators. i mean i can handle the difficulty but still would like to build more units. i could modify unit costs and upkeep but i wouldnt be able to balance it well...so that is not an nice easy options.
if i set the campaing diffivulty to easy will i be able to recruit more units? have lower upkeep or higher income or something that makes me able to afford more units? what will be changed as well? i think populations wont be reduced when i recruit right? is there something else that might screw the gameplay even more?
do different difficulties work at all in your game? i mean say in spqr medium is acually pretty hard...and very hard is impossible
when i select easy is it still easy...and medium medium etc?

Well I have been playing my Sweboz campaign on M/H settings using the first open beta version and I didn't have any problems recruiting units and I played on huge settings also. Why would you want to build stacks of elite units? There is more challenge building the low cost units especially with the battle AI of 1.2.
If you build your economy properly and win some key provinces you will eventually be able to build any type of unit you like. It takes time that's why EB is great.

You have time to built up an economy with the Sweboz, they're surrounded by Rebel provinces. keep a buffer state between the Romans and also the Gauls. Expand far East untill you come close to the Getai. Gather up provinces and watch the money come in.
