Howto edit Victory Condition & Regions to capture by editing startpos.esf

Download first ESF Editor (Click Here) After that open ESF EDITOR and click File>Open ESF
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\empire total war\data\campaigns\main and select startpos.esf
It depends of what directory you installed your Empire Total War....and always make a backup file copy paste the original to a new folder incase of error...
There are 4 VICTORY_CONDITION_BLOCK im not shure which the are the Long Campaign & Prestige Campaign but the second block is the Short Campaign
Change 1750 to 1799 the 20 below 1750 is the regions to capture you can change it to any number...

Each factions has their own mission of capturing a region or province....you can delete a region of which to capture by Right Click and Delete
