Launch Error

I ve installed the RSII in the RTW game direction how its said, im not using steam, ive chosed to play for rome. Im using patched 1.5 RTW(no addon or mod).
I use xindows xp

When I launch the game, it doesnt do anything now, its like i hadnt do anything, I can launch it 100000x and nothing.
But before, the game was launched and when the main wallper showd the game falled down and it shown some error with forrest elepants, and the game turned off
