    Are you able to play them in vanilla? try removing the trom 3 mod and running the game. It might turn out to be non mod related.. Just a thought.

    i own 2 provinces from the imagawa (the imagawa are dead). the roads-tooltip says i can recruit imagawa yari samurai, but they doesnt apear in the recrutation menue. one of the provinces got a yari dojo, the other dont, but this doesnt seem to make a difference...

    any ideas? ^^



    edit:

    i also wiped out two other clans (toku + kita) and cant recruit their AOR units, even if the road-tooltip shows their picture...

    every one of these clans had 1 (toku, ima) or 2 (kita) agents on the campaign map when i occupied their last province (maybe the script doesn't treat them as dead cause they had agents...but they disapeard after the death of their clan, of course....).

    each of these provinces have a fort btw. the lowest castle building. maybe this could be an issue?

    i dont use other mods exept this old blood mod.

    thanks for suggestion! started there, long story short found out it was the Monthly Turn Mod making Ikko unselectable in campaign menu

    No, the script checks if a faction has a turn, and if so disables the unit that is reenabled at the end of each player turn. So, if a faction is wiped out the unit will stay enabled. I had no problems with that script in my games, so I wonder what may cause this. Did you start a new campaign with beta 3? Did the campaign introductions work properly?

    I don't know if it would be the same but i have noticed that in ETW and NTW on my old computer it would do the same thing. I don't know if it is the case but in those instances it was because there was a background script that ran to check whether it thought your computer could run the game. It is weird that it only happens with trom3 but maybe it is a little more data intensive

    A couple of things playing as the Takeda: it seems that the sword school also only allows the recruitment of bow cavalry rather than sword cavalry, unless I am missing something. Also the name text from certain buildings like the market does not appear.

    The katana cavalry needs a no dachi dojo and a tech upgrade before it becomes available. It's an early elite cavalry unit now. If texts don't appear then there is a conflict with another mod that changes text files.

    Have this as well, I don't think any of my other mods alter text though. Was running same additional mods with Beta 2 and did not have missing text. . . .aside from TROM files all I run is. .

    I looked again into the files and it's indeed an oversight by me. Will fix it.

    Hrm, I have not been getting access to Garrison Quarters. In recent Beta 3 Hojo and Shimazu campaigns. In Beta 2 had access to them. Have just DLed regular 1.0 Release and loaded up Shimazu from Beta 3, still no access. Will start new campaign shortly to see if still have problem with new campaign under regular 1.0.

    Used to run few other mods with TROM. UAIsg2.2 and Unit Variety, nixed those for full TROM effect and now only run TROM files, w TROM Clan Colors, blood.

    NOTE - I've had Ashigaru Sargeants researched in these cases as well.

    You need to build a normal encampment first. I looked into the files and haven't found anything odd.

    Using TROM v1.0
    Started a new game with the Ikko Ikki and found a bug that does not allow my Ikko Ikki ashigaru archers to fire. They would only melee and I did not have an option to disable melee and go to ranged for them.

    I reinstalled the mod and now the archers work fine. Odd.

    Unsure if this is vanilla issue or TROM or if in fact it really is an issue, but when making marriages it seems that i am allowed to wed underage children to of age children in other clans, but then when my children come of age, they have no spouse.

    I dont believe it is my generals to whom these AI clan offspring were wed as i adopted a general to check and he had no spouse displayed either. When my children come of age that should have already been wed, i am then able to wed them to other avail suitors however in the diplomacy window, the clans with whom i originally entered marriage display the "marriage between clans" perk, however there is no individual to whom my squirts are married.

    As said maybe they are being married off to a general or brother and then spouse is simply not shown in Family window but i adopted to check and still no spouse. Hmmmmm.

    thats an vanilla issue.

    before i arrange a marriage, i always check my family members if there is someone left who still needs a partner. i would feel like a buguser if i would not do this. ^^
