Well hey when you can't effectively prosecute people for rape because your hands are tied by archaic and ineffective sex crimes legislation why not go after immigrants.

I mean no one gives a if they get a fair trial, and you can get a conviction based purely off the color of their skin. It's brilliant!

Fact is that there is very disturbing overrepresentation of certain cultures in rape statistics. And it cannot be explained away without coming to conclusion that many representatives of these cultures have some serious issues in fitting with western societies.

They can prosecute immigrants because they know many of these immigrants will not get a proper defense. Meanwhile most Norwegian males would skate on such a charge, and so they are never charged in the first place and women don't even bother reporting it to the police.

It can be explained away because immigrants are targeted by your inept police and judicial system due to their much easier convictions.

There is a stupid tradition in Norway where people drink for two weeks almost and spend thousands on stupid stuff, and on the larger gatherings (festivals) there's always lots of women being raped there. Possibly by Muslims, but I don't know about the statistics there.

Also where I live there's at least a stereotype about Polish people in cars raping people. Mostly all rape and such is viewed as something foreigners do, I don't buy it.

I don't know about our sexual crime laws but our legislation regarding immigrants and refugees is a complete mess, in that we just lock them up in asylums (not insane asylums, but you would be forgiven for thinking so) until they get proper permits or something like that, (which can take years, and if they don't get permits it can take years to send them back, if it is even possible). There's nothing to do there, they don't do any work, they hardly interact with Norwegians and don't learn the language, and they get boring food, it's basically a rapist school as people who stay there for too long get messed up.
