6.4 install bug

hello, whenver I try to install the 6.4 patch (run the set up) it would say
Error while trying to create a temporary file. Operation aborted
and then become unresponsive and then close. I have no idea why. Is this a known bug or is window vista striking again?

vista....turn off uac. Reboot. Run ss6.4.exe as adminstrator (right click run as admin) and it should work.
