Default Best smartphone for medium budget

I've been recently looking for a new decent smartphone, but because I'm quite noob about it I'll just ask the masters out here. I don't need anything smart-ass, and also hate qwerty phones, so I'd most likely prefer touch ones. My needs would be as following:
*decent camera (3 MB and up?)
    *purrfect net acces
    *big enough screen for touch
*variety of small&cheap games&apps, I know Android has it, dunno about others.

I wouldn't spend more than like 80 euros on it, especially considering I don't really talk, but only text/net-talk

    Thx in advance, as always

you could buy a Android 2.3 rock with 80 dollars, decent smartphones cost 200 dollars and up, my Droid X was 500 dollars

    But for your budget

Galaxy S Phone (yes its verizon but its an example)

Keep in mind unless your purchasing a plan with it you will have to pay full price for any phone, which WILL be 200-500 dollars

It's saying 200 euros with subscription at Vodafone(~Verizon) in my country. I'm really not eager too pay that much for such a phone, although it looks perfect for my needs.

I don't know if Vodofone in your country offers the same deals as here in the UK but I would be looking at something like the HTC Desire HD (top end), Desire Z (comes with a tactile keyboard) or the Desire (stock model). Vodofone offers the Desire from £35 PCM which is about 40 Euros and the regular Desire comes in at £25 PCM which is 30 Euros a month but might be different where you live but these do everything you want and here in the UK you pay nothing for the phone.

I hate how USA gets all the good phones. The best phone they offer at Bell is the Atrix, and it is awful.

The best phone in the world right now (IMO) is the Galaxy S 2, and it's not available in the US yet.

they better make a CDMA version or its useless, if its not on Verizon it doesnt matter. The Droid X 2 is very nice as well

HTC is an obvious choice, Blackberry is a phone above all else and not really a multimedia machine. Awesome phones though.

The term "best phones" is subjective. The selection where I live in the US is mainly crap and if I moved out west again then I'd have a better selection. We still get models after they've been out in Europe for a few years though.

We're so close! Why do you guys get all the good stuff? The Galaxy S2 is not supposed to come to Canada until sometime at the end of the year!

Govt interference in the economy will answer all your questions about canada. Why does it cost 15 dollars to ship something from seattle to canada but mailing the same package (a further distance) from seattle to florida costs 2 dollars.

    Answer.. Government interference.

The fact that something can be mailed from Seattle to Florida for $2 is one of the reasons the US Postal Service is on the verge of bankruptcy.

Verizon has great coverage. It doesn't always have the coolest phones or the fastest data (although that's changing with LTE) but I don't know anyone who doesn't enjoy the service.

Everything in Canada is overpriced and the mobile phone providers are archaic, thanks to the lack of competition. That's why you get shite phones in Canuckistan.

Feelsbadman. Though I would sooner live in a police state than the US.
Though, is the Atrix really all that bad?

    Eh, bad? No.

As far as I know it's practically one of the best phones on the market today. The Galaxy S2 (which mango referred to as the probable best phone in the world) only very slightly beats it in some categories. It's what I plan on getting within a month for my upgrade, and I checked it out up and down.

I agree, however in Canada it wont be released until the end of the year, and there is no 4G at all here.
