In DX10 mode, Crysis 1 demo drops to 60hz refresh rate and it kills my eyes. I have it set higher in the CCC and the games settings have no option to change it.
Any ideas?

why does that hurt your eyes
Some people have more sensitive eyes like that, 60hz refresh gives me a headache to look at.
OT, no I really have no idea.. I'm not good with CCC![]()
get new eyes? most games will default to 60 even with Vsync off

Chaob I don't think he's refering to frames at all, he means that actual refresh rate- IE, on the desktop and other applications it runs fine at 75hz (probably) but when he gets in Crysis it forces him down to 60hz.
I've seen this happen in some older games, but I'm unsure how to get around it.

Is there a .ini or a .cfg file for the game? Settings maybe in it.
I fixed the problem. Alt-ENTERED into windowed mode, then back into full screen mode and it fixed it.
My LCD looks noticeably sharper and clearer when going from 60hz to 75hz refresh rate. at 60hz games are slightly blurred, just enough that it bothers my eyes.
