And I was wondering if this setup is worth it,

Internal Hard Drive
Power Supply

Case
Motherboard
so how does it look should I build a computer with this setup and did I leave anything out.

I read the title as "I'm about to cum into a new computer"
Anyway, that processor would bottleneck that GPU, your RAM is overpriced and underspeced, two 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 kits would outperform those for less money although there is no reason whatsoever to install more than 8GB of RAM for a single OS system so save that money for a better CPU.
You would get way more bang for your buck with an intel 2500k CPU and Z68 motherboard with 2 PCI-E slots. Also I highly recommend you do not get that case, I had it, it's good for watercooling but it absolutely sucks for air cooling. I sold mine due to the unforgivably poor airflow design. Get a Thermaltake Level 10 GT or Coolermaster HAF X, or Antec 1200 or something.
My Gaming PC
CPU: intel i7-2600k Quad-core @ 3.80Ghz.
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth P67
RAM: 8GB G.SKILL Ares DDR3 1600
GPU: 2, Zotac 448 core GTX 560ti's in SLI
Storage: Crucial M4 256GB SSD
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-1000HX Semi-modular
Case: Coolermaster Cosmos II XL-ATX Full Tower
Heatsink: Thermaltake HR-02 Passive CPU Cooler
Keyboard: Logitech G19 with LCD Display
Mouse: Logitech G700 Wireless
Screens: LG Infinia 55LW5600 55 inch LED ~ Cinema 3D ~ 3 in Nvidia 3D Surround
That is an amazing GPU, but an awful CPU. It will bottleneck the hell out of it. I recommend waiting for the buldozers to come out, or at least getting an intel 2500k. And a 6950 is more than enough.
Can you please post the actual specs instead of linking then i can see .....
Some bad choices in components but that is balanced by higher end parts etc......
Can you afford an extreme processor ?
Epic mismatch there between your CPU and video card, that's like remaking the film Driving Miss Daisy with a Porsche Turbo. Do yourself a favour and get two of these instead, less money more performance and put the money saved towards a Core i5 2500K CPU and compatible motherboard
+1 I would avoid the Corsair Obsidian 800 as well, it's great for water cooling but it's large size makes air cooling a no, no. Also consider the Fractal Design XL but if you really want one of Corairs amazing cases checkout the 600T, I wouldn't mind getting one these myself.

Ok well what would you recommend for a high end CPU? I looked at the Z68 and the Coolermaster HAF X which I guess I will get if that's what you recommend. What ram would you recommend?
Well as for the CPU what would you recommend? I already have the 6990 in a sealed box because my current computer can't run it which is why I want to build a new one.
Ok thanks.
I'm pretty noobish when it comes to computer parts, so masters of the basement enlighten me! Also if it helps I want the computer to be about performance i.e having over 10,000 men in tw without slowing but not sacking the graphics to do so.

Why are people always recommending crossfire or SLI. The performance boost you get in a few games does not justify the full retail price of a 2nd card. A single HD 6950 is fine.
And yes that CPU is terrible. Since your going with an AMD board, get a Phenom II X6 1090T.

Hd 7850 2Gb
Phenom II x3 4.0GHz
8Gb RAM
Actually crossfire scaling is close to 100% nowadays, so yes, it does justify it. And crossfire works for almost all games.
Phenom II isnt worth it if you have a 6990, as even if you overclocked it to 4ghz with 3ghz NB it would still bottleneck it slightly. Just get SB/wait for bulldozer. I recommend the latter.

The i5-2500 CPU truly is the best value for the money as it far outperforms even AMD's current 6 core CPUs and also the i5-2500k can hit 4.6-5.0 Ghz on air easily when overclocked. And the 6950's in crossfire should have no problem maxing out most every game on the market.

Well money isn't issue, I want as much power as I can get.
If you literally want the best system possible, get the i7 extreme. It's a thousand bucks.

Yeah but what about all the parts to go with it. I think I have enough to go on for now but if you guys know anything else please let me know.
In my experience, overclocking does nothing at all. It's not entirely about the clock of the CPU to determine how good it is. If a single core P4 and a single core i7 ran at the same speed, the i7 would still win. Though you're probably right about the newer i7s beating the hexacores from last gen either way.
Actually, overclocking does tons. If you have a Phenom II hexacore and overclock the NB to 3ghz and the CPU to 4ghz, it is roughly equivalent to first gen i7 930 at 3.6ghz in single threaded programs. Multi threaded it would blow the i7 away. Or if you have two 6950's on a Phenom II system, if you overclock it the same way, you can easily bring GPU usage from 50%-70% to 90%-100%.
Even clock for clock the i5-2500K would be faster than the i7 extreme, because of the architectural differences. The i5-2600k at 5Ghz. outperforms the older gen i7 extreme simply because that CPU cannot be overclocked as much.
Ok so how is this setup,
Processor
Case
Ram
Graphics Card *will get 2*
