Default Lebanese Violations of Human Rights

A discraceful act by the lebanese army, added to the long list of their human rights violation

Meanwhile, the Lebanese army confirmed reports that it has handed over three Syrian border guards and the body of a fourth soldier to Damascus, noting that the four troops fled to Lebanon “after their post came under gunfire by armed men and two of them were seriously wounded.”

This meens that these men will be executed!

Please seek to punish the Lebanese Government for this

Asylum should not apply to deserting troops. Those cowards deserve to be shot.

They fled the field to not shoot innocent people. They were not in a battle field. Nonetheless the lebanese army had no right to do this

I thought that the quote from the Lebanese army stated that their post came under fire. But even if they weren't in a combat situation, they are still deserters; they are not equivalent to civilians.

Actually the Lebanese government has every right to do whatever it pleases with people illegally entering its country.

No it doesn't. The Lebanese government has political duties towards the UN that forbids it from doing so.
There is now a legal movement from Lebanese and Syrians living in france , who want to sue The Lebanese president and the other as..le Qahwaji (the coffee maker) the leader of the Lebanese army for crimes against humanity.
the Lebanese PM and some of the other ministers tried to stop this, but failed

This is a brief translation of what I have read on the Syrian revolution website, which is sadly in Arabic.

Edit: This is old (written at the beginning of the revolution) which shows how much the Lebanese officers are involved in the crimes against the Syrian people : Source

I dont really know? But I am not surprise seeing as every couple years Lebanon is either Syrias and by extension Irans or trying to break free with Democratic reforms.
