I was always wondering which units could be given to Dale for the "reforging" or "resettling" of Rhovanion,

Rhovanion Heavy Cavaley
Rhovanion Heavy Spearman

are some pretty simple examples. I don't think they'd be needed gameplay wise (well, Heavy Spearmen would be great, but It'd make Dale a bit too good, in my opinion). I'd say the Dale suggestions here would be very nice for the flavour, but not needed gameplay wise.

There's a unit of elite axethrowers in FRoME 2.05 called Moria Reclaimers, maybe you should check them.
Concerning your other units it's easy to give some name and expect units to be formed. But I think if you'd like anyone to take up the work you should have unit concepts, background, weaponry, availability, etc...
Make it e decent proposition and maybe someone will pick this up and get the job done, otherwise it'll be just another thread full of talking but without any repercussions on the future game.

always wanted a bit more variety for dunland..since they're only rapresented through one single unit for isengard...
nothing fancy ..maybe a "dunland clubbers" heavy infantry and / or a "peasants" (the guys with the farming tools) to use as meatshields

ps..
can't really remember..but the one dunlending general should have a "hate for rohan" trait (+1 when fighting rohan) if he doesn't
