force diplomacy is in, there is txt file that changes recruit turns to 0 and I don't understand the preference part

Patch 2.08 includes a o turn mod, though not deeply tested. It simply reduced by one all recruitment times in the mod. You can enable it with jsgme.exe (placed in main RTW folder after you install the mod).

Force diplomacy (from scripts info file):
When in diplomatic scroll, click question mark (help button), click advisor portrait, and then click show me how button. Then AI will accept any offer you made.

Preferences: search for this file:
..\alexander\lotrtw\preferences\preferences.txt

Change this options to dissable banners and/or the circular markers under the soldiers:
SHOW_BANNERS:FALSE
DISABLE_ARROW_MARKERS:TRUE

I also suggest to verify the number of soldiers is not limited. Else reinformcements that exceed this limit are always delayed:
UNLIMITED_MEN_ON_BATTLEFIELD:FALSE
