when I was playing as abbasid I decided to occupied the center of Arabian Peninsula but I cant my armies can not move to It Why????

The mod has 3 areas which are out of bounds, impassable areas -- those towns are just place holders for these impassable areas in 2.2 and 2.3. The center of the Arabian pen is one of them. Libya and Tibet are the other 2.

I think this is changing in 3.0

It's impassable, you can march to there my friend.
I once read a cheat the gives you the coordinates of a location, then you can move them there by another cheat, if your that desperate to take it.

What difference does it make, the land is impassable. I would not worry about it, if I were you -- there is no purpose to taking the settlement.
There is however some cheat which lets you move characters wherever you want, though I have no idea what it is.

fox991, try searching in Gamespot or Google it, I'm sure you'll find something valuable

The cheat is move_character (the one you want to move) and then the coordinates x,y. You get the coordinates by standing were you want to go and type: show_cursorstat. Example: Move_character Baldwin 178,188.
