    I have been seeing what alot of people think about the French and I want to know what the total war center thinks.

    Even though TWC has a French Community most of the D&d is extremely Pro-British(or British Inhabited)/American and as a result every time someone mentions France or something French related there's a nonstop avalanche of French Surrendering jokes

    They are fine. Got nothing against them as a whole.

    I respect the French a lot. Aside from the rich culture and history, I have always liked the political ideals that lay at the core of the country (Liberté, égalité, fraternité) and also the relatively independently foreign policy that it has displayed over the years (e.g. Iraq War). They've also been a historic good friend of Armenia and continue to be till this day. One of the most famous French singers (Aznavour) is Armenian.

    Is it true that french tanks and most military vehicals have higher power gears for reverse then forward incase they have to retreat faster?
