Default Changing Troop Size after starting campaign?

Is there a way to change your troop size after starting the campaign? Dont see it in the options menu. Only in the main menu in title screen.

During a running campaign you can trick the engine...go to the preferences folder located in the campaign folder you play.
    Example path
    Play_Rome/preferences/preferences.txt
open it and look for this entry
UNIT_SIZE:80 and change it to the number you like. It can only be small (20), normal (40), large (80) or huge (160)

You may find that if you change the unit setting that it ony affects units that are recruited from that point on. Existing units will remain the same number.

Personally, I've never had to change the unit size, if I had a PC that had lag I'd just drop the 'eye candy' and keep the huge unit size.

As I've never changed unit size I honestly don't know. I can only go on what I've been told by others.

Tried lowering the eye candy... but when it comes to bridge battles...
Normal battles are fine no biggie... Although I can onyl have 1 vs 1 armies. My setting is on huge and it can play fine an army vs an army but when it goes further the lag is just huge. And well as I mentioned the bridge battles... god those are horrible.
