    Default Corrupt Judges

    Hey Guys

    Just wondering about the large number of family members/governors/generals that are picking up this trait, especially after completing the level 1 academy, basic law and temples of law buildings. The traits being picked up even when they have 5-7 managment bars.

    In my Parthian campaign (I played ~10 turns to test the missions), a lot of my generals also got it.
