How to change unit card icon

Do anyone of you know how to change the unit icon because it's seem that I can't do it with pack file manager because I can't add icon image for unit to the pack =( can anyone help me

Basically, you should create new pack file in PFM, or open existing one (you should work on custom made mod packs only, not orginal CA files), then choose action: add file, or add directory, to insert images you want.
If those images are already in the pack file, you should select the one you're trying to replace, right-click, select "replace file" and then search for the file you wish to insert.

If it doesn't work, you should write a little more about what you did, and what kind of error messages you get.
