1. How do i heal my veteran units? they suffer casualties in battle, but how do i heal them up?
2. How do i host multiplayer battles> i go on the avatar conquest map but i can only be matched into other people's games, i dont know how to create my own

1. Leave them out of your army for one battle. Then they're fully healed. There are upgrades and retainers you can use to help with vet casualties.

2. Battle list. Its a button just to the right of Matchmade Battle. You're not being matched "into" other people's games, though. They're not hosting a battle, they clicked the same button you did. The game matches you up and creates a game for you with the host randomly selected. Note that you don't get clan influence or clan tokens with Battle List battles, but you still unlock stuff and get vets experience and everything else.
