Just installed, game still vanilla

I have installed 1.1 and 1.2 for the first time. I'm using Win7. I moved my RTW directory to C:\Activision\Rome Total War. I chose this directory when installing. When I start the game via the program files shortcut called "Play", it starts the vanilla RTW. I tried the other two shortcuts "Run Europa Barbarorum" and "Run Europa Barbarorum (troubleshooting)" and they do nothing...

I have installed everything correctly according to the instructions... What have I missed?

Read the EB FAQ if you are complete new to EB.

Create a new shortcut to Rome-TW.exe and edit the target line by adding: -mod:eb -show_err -ne
