Default transfer of regions by script

I would like to ask about the possibility of transfering regions between factions by script. For example i would like to make script about selling Crete by Byzantines to Venice. Is that possible?

You can use the ‘capture_settlement’ command to transfer control of a settlement to the local faction, but, unfortunately, I'm pretty sure there's no way to transfer a settlement from the local faction to an AI faction or from an AI faction to an AI faction.

However, you could just spawn an army and direct it to capture the settlement. You could then use the ‘diplomatic_stance’ and ‘set_faction_standing’ commands to undo the diplomatic damage.

    capture_settlement
    Availability: campaign
Usage: capture_settlement <settlement name> : evicts any resident characters and armies and gives the settlement to the local player
    Code:
    console_command capture_settlement Belfalas
