For 6.3, what do I do with the .bin files?

So I downloaded the 5 parted download from the link in the mod forum.

Now I have 5 .bin files in a Cold Steel folder on my desktop. But no program can do anything with these files? What is my next step?

download the ss6.3.exe file (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1ZROF9WD)

and put that in the folder...and double click it.
