    Default Civil wars

I know there a small nobility thing for civil wars but it needs to be more realistic. Like kings should get it all the time. For example: French civil war, Empire of the French king, Empire of french nobles(just a little guess here) Is there anyway to change this to make it run ore often for a lot of factions or what?

Oh and the hre when you play as them do they ever civil war?

Not sure if I understand your post correctly, but you want actually new "rebel" factions to appear to attack the original faction?
That's not possible, unfortunately - There's a faction limit, and it's already almost reached.
To follow your example, the Empire of the French King vs the Empire of the French Nobles would require two factions. Slots that we simply don't have.

HRE gets civil wars, like other factions, if their faction leader get the "King offends the nobility" trait.

I think he meant like in Britannia expansion campaign while you play England, there's a revolt within the faction called the "Baron Alliance". Will be interesting but due to faction limit, it's not possible to do that but my mod will add this feature.

WRONG theres 2 faction slots left, both factions have same units so no units will go over the limit

Uh yes.. but you'd need a slot for each factions rebels..unless you only wanted this to work for one faction.

HRE pretender rebels would be an obvious choice.
