Just wondeering if ROmeSage works with this mod.

There are dofferent versions of Rome Sage. The one I used worked with RTW 1.2 and the RTR 6 Gold mod - it was used to jump adhead and bypass the regular CTDs that were caused by the removal of the Senate - the civil war.

There is a version that is supposed to work with RTW 1.5 but I've never needed to use it.

What do you want it to do?

I want to change my battle difficulty from hard to medium to feel the difference.

I'd suggest starting a new campaign and seeing what happens. I presume the only outcome is that you may win more battles or lose less men in a unit.
