    Icon6 Would it be possible to transform a fort in a settlement?

    Hi,

    I was just wondering if it were possible to turn a fort into a settlement. I doubt it, but it would be fun as it would allow to create new cities.

    Forts don't seem to be connected to the "economy" of a region:
    I added a repression bonus to forts once and the bonus appears with the fort, but didn't affect the region.
