So many Mauryans!

So many people...love me or like my empire and feel to copy me...

Sadly, I have very little free time on my hands, barely even bothering to write up a reply to this. I used to be able to make some time to work on the mod in the less demanding classes, like Web Design and whatnot, but now it's almost impossible. My schedules are rubbish, and with so little time on my hands I am unable to produce anything; much less lead a team.

Well, that is unfortunate, please though, put your more important life priorities first and ONLY if you want to continue, then continue Thanks for telling!

The mod is more accurately described as being in a prolonged coma; as poignant as it sounds. As I said before, however; finishing this mod is something of a life goal to me, so I wouldn't really let it rot unless I had a good enough reason. Even if I have to finish it in the next century.

With the beta release of EB II will that make it any easier for this great project to be reignited? Map wise, obviously not, but if I am not mistaken you had that mostly taken care of?
I am sure I speak for many, really wish to see this completed one day.
Maybe start small again, as a mini mod for EBII ? Just on the time period map and factions present, that you intended to work on, but with the factions available in EBII.
Just a thought...good luck with RL

I always told myself I'd finish the mod, even if I was the only one to ever see it completely. It's a bit of a life goal for me; albeit a small one. I wish I could have enough (or make enough) time to do some work on this, but it's not quite possible.

I've been thinking about making a spin-off for CK2 recently too, just because I'm a project-starting junkie! But I doubt it'll actually happen, even if the concept sounds neat to me.

It makes me glad to know that there are still people supporting the mod, even if only with wishes and words of encouragement.

Can't always get what we want, I'm afraid. Though it's never good to lose hope.

It's not really progress, but I've been redesigning the Armenian horseman guy, just because I like to use it as a profile picture almost everywhere. Owl-necked one-legged Iniesta is alright, but I'd rather have something more realistic. Maybe now with two legs!
But, as I said; not really progress. Right now I'm actually doing a project I have to hand in tomorrow, and I need to study for tests and stuff, so yeah.

I seldom necropost on dead mod threads, but with EB II steadily making progress it could be a good base for a revival.

There's plenty of material already available for a campaign map change that would be a playable mod.
