CA has said over and over (mainly on the official forums) that there WILL BE NO BLOOD. And that is final.
Edit: You know how battles could be more realistic? People having sides of flesh torn off and you hearing the bones crunch in the midst of battle. Seeing people dying for getting am infected scratch and soldiers killing themselves before the battles because they don't want to die a painful death. What would be more realistic than seeing bodies split in two from an exploding shell and seeing soldiers slipping on the gore onto their own knives? Oh wait. Then the game would reach rated M, or worse.

If they do implement as much gore and guts as I just described, then go out of business because it reached such a high rating from Pegi and so few people were allowed to buy it, I will blame you all.That would be epic!!

CA wont have blood because they dont want the rating from PEGI to be any higher than it is at the moment.
