Odd Windowed mode

Hello, I used to torrent to install. Along with the steam launcher application, however whenever I launch the application the game comes up very cropped and almost windowed. A very annoying problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

1. Go to your Call_of_Warhammer folder.
2. Locate a file called warhammer.cfg.
3. Open the file in Notepad.
4. Change the lines:

windowed = 1
borderless_window = 1

to

windowed = 0
borderless_window = 0

5. Done.
