    It's as likely to bust as not bust at this point. Problem in china is they have no real capital markets so wealth is tied into houses. The chinese don't buy them to sell them, they buy them to hold them. Eventually the capital markets will get larger and more realistic to store wealth in them as opposed to housing. It could happen gradually, or capital markets could explode over night. And if there is a dramatic enough shift without any housing buyers waiting in the wings then china could slow. But they have a high ascension rate as well. I think the bigger question mark for China is their political and economic system(s) working together honestly. There it's an issue of having their cake and eating it too.
    Sure I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is Im not. I honestly feel that America is the best country and all other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.
