ICE - Black-Shirts in Britain? - Never Mind Anymore
How did they do it? In my Romanian campaign Oswald Mosley came to power after WWII and then I started seeing Black-Shirts (Camice-Nere) in UK. Does this mean that you don't need the Italian Elite Mobilization for them? UK can't get that being an Ally by default. From this it seems that either an exception was made (since historically the British Union of Fascists had their own Blackshirts) or any fascist gets that unit. If it's the latter, are there any unique units for other political parties? Do Stalinists outside of the USSR get their own NKVD?

I know the NKVD are a separate unit, but what I'm wondering is if having certain political parties elected allows certain units. I found it a bit strange that the UK got the Italian unique unit.
Edit - I just checked the tech tree and found that Fascists can recruit them, not just Italians.
