Dear Holy Father

I am but a humble Earl of England, a christain taught under the Castilian Clergy in the ways of our most Holy Church...

I write to you this day your Holiness in the hope that you may assist me in honoring our returning heroes of Christ... I wish to celebrate the success of our Holy Crusade against the Turks by a hosting a grand parade in London... I had hoped that his Eminence Cardinal of England would hold a service in the Catherdral in honor of the lives lost and the sacrifices made by our Christian brothers as part of this Crusade... However it is my regret that he has refused stating that he would never honor fallen men and the men who returned as he believes the crusade wrong...

In conclusion your Holiness I humbly request that if possible you send a Cardinal of your own chosing to hold this service... Or if at anyway possible you yourself could honor us all with your presence although I fully understand if you cannot...
