I need asiatic faces for my philippines in my spanish mod.
Do you know any mod with this stuff? Woul be the China-Shi mod?

Maybe you can use texture, but UU3D cannot open nor convert variant_part_mesh files from S2TW.
You will have to modify existing heads from NTW or ETW according to S2TW textures.
