Problems with Stainless Steel

I bought me today Medieval Total War 2 + Kingdoms Complete Pack on Steam!
I discovered somewhere that there is a Mod whats sounds great and looks great^^ but i have a problem to run it properly.
After downloading Stainless Steel 6.3 + 6.4 i wanted to start it with the Luncher.exe what is created on the desktop after installing.
But when i start, this message shows up "CA_LIBS Fatal Error"
I tried to run it with Kingdoms.exe and pick up there but the same result.
I´m running Windows 7 64bit and the SS mod is in the Mod folder in steam/steamapps/common/medieval ii total war/mod
I veryfied the Steam cache but nothing helps.
Has anybody have an idea what to do? i would be really happy about it, i want to play this mod really bad^^

I searched arround the Forum, found many but nothing helps!
IT makes me so crazy now i spend over 2 hours to fix this, man this s, nothing works, re-installed did again and again still this problem is this cuz of the steam?

yes and windows seven. ummm....have you run sssetup as a administrator? and does mtw2 and kingdoms run fine?

Got the same problem, dont know what to do...
Steam version, Win7 64bit, ran sssetup as admin.
Native Kingdoms works fine.
