Does anyone know if this value should be positive or negative in order to decrease enemy morale?
Going through the files, it seems the general skills intimidating and the sword of amu have the opposite modifiers.

One of the values must be coded incorrectly, otherwise one would actually increase enemy morale instead of scaring them!
