Well its the year 235 Winter turn,I press End Turn and when it comes at Armenia I get a CTD Ive tried loading a earlier save and playing until 235 Winter and again at armenias turn i get a CTD.Please help

(i think so atleast) in vanilla the AI just turns of the rest of the game

Its working for now but the enable_ai cheat is not working

Mah...Ive given up on Gamma because the culture bug was killing my campaign (and the CTDs werent helping).So I installed Delta and the government system isnt bad at all its just that first time I played Delta it was so confusing.And why are those building requirements wrong(I meen in the building tree)I meen can it be fixed it would help in understanding the system for those who are new to Delta.And also the level of detail that was put in to the traits is impresive I meen it is incredible especialy the different tribes and families like arverni bituriges...

Unfortunately branched trees are hard on the poor building tree.
We're slowly compensating this by inserting a strategy section in building descriptions (governments already have one) in which we give suggestions to the player.

Oh and a couple of questions

When I coquer a region from the enemy that has the fully under control (or whatever) bulding should I demolish it and start from Military Ocupation or just leave it as it is.

And how do I get my fam to get the trait "children will study in Carthage" Ive tried leaving him in the setlement for a while but it didnt work.

Depends.
If there is a similar culture (you're both western or both barb) I'd leave the government standing, in any other case the game should demolish it, although in a few cases that doesn't happen.

To get that trait IIRC the FM has to have the "educator father" trait and be educated in the settlement itself.
