A bit confused

I just started my first CoW campaign in 1.4.4 english from that link with 11 parts.I start with Reikland and i see a LOT of new building and units and rest of stuff i REALLY don't know what to train what to build and so on...can some1 help me with this?What to build first an economy or army...be conquer or a defender?

It is up to you to play a defensive or offensive campaign but I suggest you developing a strong economy before trying to conquer the world. You will always need a balanced army so I will recommend you to have armies consisting of infantry and cavalry always. Ranged units can be very helpful as well.

Give some reputation to c.ryo cause he's talking good.

And seriously - You should both attack neghbouring provinces and build strong economy. If You will lock Yourself within Your start cities You will be weak. So try to conquer some provinces with Your starting army and meantime build up Your cities.
