I restored Averheim and ....

So orcs had captured averheim. Im playing as Middenland and i attacked averheim. In the next turn I was offered to leave Averheim and Ostland would be restored. I passed my turn and in the next turn Averland was restored. So my problem is that after I restored Averland now they are at war against me. Will they eventually become my allies again via another script? Is there a script that will restore my alliance?

I have the same prolem with Nordland and Salkalten, i'm not sure what to do.
