missing names?

ive noticed when i recruit diplomats and other agents often thier name shows up as " : " and nothing else. i'm trying to figure out what is causing this and how to fix it

I've never seen this happen before. Did you try to modify any files? Are you using any submods?

You need IrfanView to view those images. You can use IrfanView to save them as jpegs.

this can happen if the names in descr_strat are not in the other names files:
data/text/names.txt
data/descr_names.txt
data/descr_names_lookup.txt

there's a neat tool called name verifier you can use to check names files (used to be part of Stainless Steel download, and the link in M2Tw Index of Tutorials is broken)

Roz then the campaign won't start i think, pretty sure one gets a push back to menu error if an invalid name exists.
And all lookup files are irrelevant, RTW leftovers not used in M2TW anymore.
