crash when click on avatar multiplayer button

when i click on the avatar multiplayerbutton the game hangs up and i get and error message.
happens from time to time, especially when been on standby before.
sound also hangs up at that.

sys:
ati 5850 i think with new drivers.

i only have the drivers now, with catalyst center i had the same and i said that my vpu sync
had failed. so i turned vpu recover off. worked for a while.
it said vpu didnt respond to inputs or something.
is my card broke? because it is a new one.

another thing is that in battles my overlay often messes up, battle still looks fine, no probs there.
so unit cards are hard to identify.

i reinstalled my drivers twice.

Yeah i get crashes too when going to the avatar or clan competition menu. really annoying, cause in SP it runs perfect
