How did the Europeans beat the Mongols so many times in medeival times?

Mongols conquered China and the Middle East but when they attempted to invade Europe, the vastly outnumbered Poles dealt a huge loss to the Mongols sending them back to Mongolia, also the Armenians and Georgians beat them many times too.

You mongol fans are fanatical, I saw this propaganda video on youtube and I had to respond.

No way is Genghis Khan in the same league as Julius Caesar. I knew they were lies because the few battles the Mongols won over Europeans, they were all due to their sheer numbers. The European soldier was superior and stronger and more battle hardened with greater fighting spirit and would beat the Mongol soldier in a 1on1 battle.

A polish noble would have most likey won over a swedish dragoon in a duel. (as it was common in poland and not common in sweden)
Did they fight duels (1on1) during war? Not on many occasions...

Pretty sure the Europeans had their ass handed to them every time they fought the Mongols and the Mongols only turned around due to the death of the khan.
