Default First tier of buildings are wrong I think

I think some of first buildings in some of the tiers are wrong....

Town watch 1st tier, costs 5800 and 4 turns to build

Royal Armoury, costs 4500 (1300 less) and 6 turns to build

No, it's the way the authors of this mod wanted those buildings to be. First tiers are the main foundations for the entire complexes so they need time and money to build. Later on when you build add-ons you need less materials, money and working force, etc...

But if you don't like this idea you can easily change it

I think the idea is to encourage specialisation.

If high-tier buildings are expensive and slow to build, and low-tier ones cheap and fast, you encourage players to have low-tier structures in all their cities.

In this system it's more efficient to have one city producing good archers, one city producing good infantry, yet another focussing on cavalry.

I find it makes for an interesting change of pace from normal Medieval Total War.

Think of a first tier as a start to the building. The later tiers are just add-ons to the first low-tier structures. Think of a house that is built, and you are adding another room to it. You do not need to destroy the entire house to add an extra room.
