Faction is not destoryed

I am playing roman faction and captured the city of Rome with extremely severe losses. However, although I captured the city of Rome and SPQR faction does not have any other cities, the faction is still alive.

Then I attacked Dacia and captured all of the cities of the faction, and again the faction is alive and the troops are existing.

I uninstall and reinstall this game but this problem is not solved.

I searched the website to solve the problem but I couldn't find any solution.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

If you used auto-win cheats they will break and affect aspects of the mod, mainly the coming of reforms. They might also affect this too, so if you used them that might be the cause.

Also if ANY unit or Army survives the faction will NOT be dead until ALL units are destroyed. its been this way in RTW vanilla also.
